The Future of Exams: we open the discussion

A series of lectures on the question "How will we audit tomorrow?"

The event is a series of lectures focussing on the future of examinations in higher education. Initiated by the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and the Bern University of Applied Sciences, the series aims to initiate a long overdue discussion on the topic of examinations. A total of six evening events are planned, one of which will take place on 17 October in the CAMPUSSAAL. Various experts, including professors, examination specialists and students, will share their insights and perspectives.

This event will start with a keynote speech in English by Manu Kapur, a professor at ETH Zurich and initiator of the "Future Learning Initiative". This will be followed by a panel discussion with experts such as Carmen Zahn from the APS FHNW, Tobias Halbherr from ETH Zurich, Cinzia Garcia from the Education Support Lab at the FHNW and Dominique Herren, Product Owner Didactics at BFH. The discussion will be moderated by the well-known journalist Beatrice Müller. To round off the evening, guests will enjoy an aperitif riche.
